Avadon the black fortress charms12/31/2022 Since the characters are time travelers, it's assumed they are all very wealthy. C°ntinuum: roleplaying in The Yet averts this trope. All he has to do is buy Momo a few meals for the materials and be the best damn hero he can be (while advertising Mei's services of course). AVADON THE BLACK FORTRESS CHARMS FULLHe collapses from fright after hearing the full amount, but that's when Mei and the others start laughing and explain that they would never actually expect him to pay for all of it since he's their friend. But his joy is replaced with dread when Mei points out the development costs for making something so advanced would be able to buy him a fully furnished house with a garden and appliances. When Izuku gets his first costume, he's overjoyed at how amazing it is. If (when) Trixie does that, Berry tells her, they can talk about discounts. Nightmares Yet to Come: At one point Trixie goes to Berry's bar, and is informed by Berry that she can't ignore Trixie's tab, and Trixie can't keep using the "defeated Corona" thing when A: She had five other ponies helping her, and B: Corona is still at large. While returning home to Mountain Glenn for the holidays, Izuku finds that a Mistrali restaurant chain, Ni Hao Nyan, offers meals to Huntsmen and Huntresses at half the normal price in celebration of Hunter's Day. He does get some help from Weiss and Pyrrha, but he's insistent on not relying on them for his own expenses. Then there's expenses like buying and repairing his clothes, school supplies, food, expenditures for his friends, and making sure he's stocked up on medical supplies and ammo. AVADON THE BLACK FORTRESS CHARMS UPGRADEHe regularly shells out hundreds or even thousands of lien to maintain and upgrade his weapon, Emerald Gust. Izuku still has to pay his bills even as he continually earns brownie points with Beacon's staff for his good deeds. After all, the world may end in a year isn't it time to quit worrying about making a buck? In The Keys Stand Alone: The Soft World, the four are appalled that a wizard charged them 40,000 Swords to answer a few questions and wanted a cool half million to help Ringo find his mask-breaking amulet.Honestly, the last 10 hours or so were so tedious that I'm not sure i can muster the energy to care about Avadon 3 - maybe after a break (I did just play Avadon 1 so maybe some fatigue has set in). This might not matter to some, but I do like to try to get the best ending I can while staying true to canon. Also, if Avadon 3 is like Avadon 2 was for 1, nothing you do matters in the end because 3 will have it's own canon. No matter what you do for your companions, there really isn't much about it in the epilogue. Again, they do things to oppose Avadon forcing you to do so as well. Like Avadon 1, all companions have quests where you gain their loyalty or lose them. I also hate how it seems like you are somewhat pushed to either go against Avadon or at least Redbeard as everyone you meet seems to hate Avadon/Redbeard (and for the most part wasn't good or satisfactory enough for me). You barely interact with Redbeard, and you don't meet the other faction leaders until you are pretty much ready to take them out. The issue is I personally saw no reason to do any of that. You work for Avadon, but always get hint that you could stay loyal, but overthrow Redbeard. My other issue is that the "factions/decisions" is a bit of a joke. It was so bad I was tempted to just drop the difficulty to Casual just to beat the game, but pride wouldn't let me. It's not fun when I have to spend 15+ minutes in large battles against groups of foes who also boost their stats while enemy mages seemed to charm one of my guys without fail every battle despite whatever I did. Maybe it's just me, but I would rather fights be too easy than wonder why my max level characters with good gear, stats, and items was struggling to kill enemies more than at any point in the game. Typically a game becomes almost too easy or too tedious. I know balancing must be tough - you have to consider different skill levels, whether people do sidequests, etc. That's when things went horribly wrong as I entered the final phase of the game (basically taking on the final bosses of each area). Then, I reached max level, had good gear, and good enchantments. I mean it was fine for maybe 35ish hours. Avadon 2 definitely seemed to up the difficulty and not really in a good way in my opinion. Maybe it was too easy and so that was corrected. I felt Avadon 1 was pretty easy on Normal. This isn't a concern for most people, but considering Avadon 1 was smooth during LInux this was disappointing. It ran poorly on Linux (at least during combat where it felt like single digit FPS - outside it was smooth). How can someone who's played for 46 hours not recommend a game? Simple,
